WRL Executive responsibilities

Overall strategic responsibility for the White Rose Libraries lies with the Executive Board, comprising the three Library Directors and the White Rose Libraries Executive Manager. This group meets quarterly and is responsible for:

• providing overarching strategic direction for the collaboration;
• making strategic decisions about the development of services and allocation of resources;
• oversight of the key areas of focus: Repositories, White Rose University Press, Innovation and Collaboration;
• encouraging and assessing new ideas for collaborative work;
• monitoring benefit and value gained through collaboration.
